How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are dependent on the weight and size of the items being purchased and will be clearly displayed

on the checkout page before purchase is complete
 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days. Once in transit, depending on destination it will generally be

within 2-5 days for delivery
 

Can I modify my order after payment made?
Please email hello@wattleandclay.com.au to cancel or modify your order before it ships. No changes or
cancellations can be accepted once the order has been dispatched

 

Do you offer international shipping?
At this stage we are only offering shipping within Australia, but we will look to expand internationally in the future


Can you tell me about your sustainability and eco-friendly initiatives?
For packaging we use recycled paper, jute string, biodegradable bubble wrap and void fill, and cardboard

boxes wrapped with compostable tape. We use Sendle as our primary courier, which is a 100% carbon

neutral delivery service
 

Where are you located and where are your products made?
We are located in Southeast QLD, Australia. All of our products are designed in-house in Australia,
and sourced
