Shipping costs are dependent on the weight and size of the item(s) being purchased and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before purchase is complete.
International Shipping
At this time we do not offer international shipping
Timeframes
All orders placed will be dispatched between 3-5 business days as we are a small family run business and heavy traffic can mean closer to the 5 days timeframe. Though we endeavour to dispatch as quickly as possible within this timeframe. Shipping time varies depending on destination, but most items will arrive within 2-5 days once dispatched
Sustainable Packaging Materials
We use recycled paper, biodegradable bubble wrap and void fill, jute string, and cardboard boxes wrapped with compostable tape to ship all of our items.
Our Couriers
Our primary courier of choice is Sendle, a 100% carbon neutral delivery option. For remote destinations or bulky items, we may also engage Aramex, Australia Post, or CouriersPlease
Returns Policy
We offer full refunds for faulty or damaged items only, if they are received in this condition or if breakage occurs within 14 days. This does not include damage from wear and tear, usage outside of recommendations, or failure to follow care instructions.
Please contact us within 14 days at hello@wattleandclay.com.au and supply your order # and a photo of the item. We can then assess and determine next steps from there, if refund or replacement is merited or requested.
If returning item, shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are not available for change of mind so please choose carefully.
Exchanges Policy
If a faulty product is received, and you wish to exchange it, Wattle & Clay will replace the goods and pay for our shipping costs. Please contact us within 14 days at hello@wattleandclay.com.au and supply your order # and a photo of the item.
