Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping
Wattle and Clay ship Australia wide. We do not currently offer international shipping, however we hope to in the future.
We offer free standard shipping within Australia for all orders over *$200 shipping.
*excludes bulky items, orders over 5kg and remote areas. We reserve the right to contact you for additional shipping charges, or the option to cancel your order if free shipping has been applied. We appreciate your understanding.
Other shipping costs are flate rate: Zone 1 $15.95 and Zone 2 $17.95
New Zealand freight costs are calculated by size & weight as per Australia Post charges.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become active. If your tracking states delivered with no physical delivery of goods, we kindly ask that you firstly reach out to the courier to locate. If you still have no resolution, please reach out to us with your order no hello@wattleandclay.com.au and we will do our best to assist.
Sustainable Packaging Materials
We use recycled paper, biodegradable bubble wrap and void fill, jute string, and cardboard boxes to ship all of our items. Our packaging may not look as pretty as some however we are mindul of the impact to the environment.
Change of Mind
We want to make sure you love your purchase, and understand that sometimes items are not suitable or may not be as expected, and are happy to provide an exchange on full-priced items. You have 30 from the date of delivery to exchange your item.
The product must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is at the customers expense for change of mind. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are deemed sale items and are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
We strive to provide beautiful, ethically handcrafted products and as a boutique business all items are individually checked before they are wrapped and sent out to maintain quality control. In the unfortunate event an item arrives damaged please reach out to us so we may assist in making this right for you.
Please contact us at hello@wattleandclay.com.au with 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide images of the damage/fault, details of your order number and the email you used to make the purchase. Please note our handcrafted items made from materials such as rattan, wood and organic canvas have natural imperfections and marks that are not considered to be faults or, damaged. If you are not comfortable with this then these items may not be suitable for you.
