Domestic Shipping
Wattle and Clay ship Australia wide. We do not currently offer international shipping.
We offer free shipping within Australia for all orders over *$200 standard shipping. *($50 cap) Other costs are calculated by size & weight as per Australia Post charges.
Typical costs will be: Small (500gm) $10.95 Medium (1kg) $12.95 Large (3kg) $16.00
Bulky/X-tra large: $26.00
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become active. If your tracking states delivered with no physical delivery of goods, we kindly ask that you firstly reach out to the courier. If you still have no resolution, please send an email to hello@wattleandclay.com.au and we will do our best to assist where we can.
Sustainable Packaging Materials
We use recycled paper, biodegradable bubble wrap and void fill, jute string, and cardboard boxes to ship all of our items. Our packaging may not look as pretty as some however we are mindul of the impact to the environment.
Change of Mind
We want to make sure you love your purchase, and understand that sometimes items are not suitable or may not be as expected, and are happy to provide an exchange on full-priced items only. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to exchange your item.
The product must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging with tags attached. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are deemed sale items and are not be eligible for a return or exchange.
If you wish to enquire about a change of mind exchange please contact the team at hello@wattleandclay.com.au with details of your order number and the email you used to make the purchase.
Please note we do not pay return shipping on change of mind purchases. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
We strive to provide beautiful, ethically handcrafted products. In the unfortunate event an item arrives damaged or faulty we will be happy to arrange a replacement for you.
Please contact us at hello@wattleandclay.com.au with 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide images of the damage/fault, details of your order number and the email you used to make the purchase. Please note our handcrafted items made from materials such as rattan, wood and organic canvas have natural imperfections and marks that are not considered to be faults or, damaged. If you are not comfortable with this then these items may not be suitable for you.
