Description
A little cast of Australian wildlife, ready for a story of their own.
The Australian Animals Finger Puppet Set brings some of Australia's best-loved native animals into the world of imaginative play.
Meet a koala, kangaroo, platypus and wombat, each ready to become part of a new adventure. Children can imagine life in the Australian bush, dream up stories about where these animals live and what they get up to, or simply enjoy bringing their favourite native animals to life through play.
Each soft, hand-felted puppet slips onto a little finger, making it easy for children to create characters, act out stories and put on little performances for family and friends. With an accompanying story card and poem book, there are stories to follow, poems to explore and plenty of inspiration for adventures of their own. It's also a lovely way to introduce young children to Australian wildlife and encourage curiosity about the animals that call our corner of the world home.
Hand-felted from 100% wool in Nepal and coloured with non-toxic, biodegradable dyes, the set is made under Fair Trade conditions Each puppet is handmade, so slight variations in colour and detail make every set a little different.
