Description
A hand carved wooden mud kitchen spoon that strains and scoops at once.
The Sunflower Duo Spoon is a hand carved wooden play tool that works as both spoon and strainer, shaped like a sunflower head. Made for mud kitchens, potion play, sand and water play.
The slotted head holds a PlayFizz above the waterline so a child can watch it bubble out properly, instead of losing it in the first fast pour. It slows the whole thing down, which is usually where the interest lives. Afterwards it catches the petals and crystals left behind.
Carved by hand from Doussie, a Vietnamese plantation timber, then sanded, polished and finished with food-grade oil. There is a hole in the handle so it can hang up between games, and no two come out alike.
